Polyco Healthline Launches New Employee Salary Sacrifice Scheme

Polyco Healthline, a leading PPE and hygiene products supplier, has expanded its long-standing partnership with JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS), to deliver a salary sacrifice car scheme for the company’s 250 eligible employees, further enhancing its employee benefits package.

Polyco Healthline has been a JCT600 VLS customer since 2008, with the partnership expanding to a sole supply agreement in 2019 for the company’s business contract hire fleet of approximately 30 vehicles. The addition of the salary sacrifice scheme represents a strategic enhancement of the existing relationship, enabling Polyco Healthline to diversify its benefits offering, while maintaining all fleet services under one trusted provider.

JCT600 VLS worked closely with Polyco Healthline’s team to implement the scheme through a phased approach. A soft launch over the summer generated strong employee interest, validating both the appeal of the scheme and its seamless integration with existing fleet operations.

The full scheme launch was marked by a roadshow event at Polyco Healthline’s Bourne site in September, where JCT600 VLS created an immersive experience for employees. Multiple manufacturers showcased electric vehicles, with employees able to test drive Tesla and Polestar models.

Kwik Fit attended to provide tyre safety checks for existing company car drivers, while the JCT600 VLS team delivered presentations to interested employees. Polyco Healthline complemented the day with a barbecue, creating an engaging environment for employees to explore the new benefit.

The scheme officially went live on 1st October 2025, with all eligible employees now able to access competitively priced vehicles through salary sacrifice. Early response from employees has been very positive, with several beginning the quoting process immediately and the first order placed within hours.
