Change is often the catalyst for growth, and today we are sharing some significant updates within our leadership team at JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS). These moves represent a mix of celebrating incredible long-term legacies and elevating the talented leaders who will drive our future.
A New Chapter for Lindsay Francis
After an astounding 30 years of dedication, Lindsay Francis is taking on a new challenge within the wider JCT600 Group. Lindsay joined us in June 1996, and over three decades, she has been a pillar of strength through every era of growth and change.
For the last eight years, she has served as our Customer Services Director. The strong position VLS holds today is a direct result of her determination and skill. While we will miss her in our immediate VLS circle, we are thrilled that she has moved into the role of Head of Group Fleet, where her vast experience will continue to benefit the entire JCT600 family.
Introducing Our New Customer Services Director: Rebecca Eggington
With Lindsay’s transition, we are delighted to announce that Rebecca Eggington has stepped into the role of Customer Services Director.
Rebecca is a familiar face to many of our customers. With 18 years in the automotive industry, seven of those with VLS following her time at Zenith, she has been instrumental in leading our Salary Sacrifice team and establishing our Customer Experience department.
Rebecca’s appointment ensures total continuity. By aligning our Account Management and Customer Experience teams under her leadership, we are strengthening our ability to support you at every single stage of your journey with us.

Celebrating Growth: Joel Walls Promoted
The good news continues! We are also proud to share that Joel Walls has been promoted to Head of Customer Relationships.
Since joining VLS, Joel has demonstrated tireless commitment to our customers. In his new role, he joins the leadership team to work closely with Rebecca. Together, they will focus on developing our customer-facing teams to ensure we keep delivering the high-standard service you’ve come to expect from us.
