At JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) and across the wider JCT600 Group, we are committed to doing business responsibly. As a long-established, family-owned organisation, we believe that sustainability, integrity and care for our people and communities should guide every decision we make.

ENVIRONMENT

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and supporting the transition to cleaner mobility.

Across the Group, we continue to invest in energy efficiency and renewable technologies — including photovoltaic systems that now provide around 30% of daily electricity at equipped sites, and smart Building Management Systems that reduce energy use by up to 20%. We have installed over 500 EV charge points across our locations for both business and public use. We operate specialist EV battery repair centres to extend the lifecycle of key components and reduce waste.

We also take pride in leading the shift to electric vehicles. At VLS, our company fleet is 100% electric and transitioning our customer fleets to electric remains a key focus of ours.

We actively support Environment Agency guidance and across all sites waste reduction and recycling remain central to our efforts. All vehicle-related waste is handled by licensed partners and paper, cardboard and plastics are recycled.

Social

People are at the heart of JCT600. We aim to create a workplace where every colleague can thrive and feel valued.

Our wellbeing programme supports colleagues across physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing, with a network of 52 trained mental health first aiders, dedicated support channels, regular workshops and partnerships with organisations such as BEN.

We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, working to build teams that reflect our communities and ensure every colleague feels respected, supported and able to be “their best you.”

We invest in the continuous development of our people, supporting skills, careers and future progression across both VLS and the wider Group. Training, apprenticeships, internal mobility, mentoring and leadership support all form part of this commitment.

We’re proud to support our communities through meaningful charity partnerships. Our work with Ben, the automotive industry charity, sees colleagues across JCT600 take part in fundraising challenges each year to help support those facing health or wellbeing difficulties in our sector.

We also partner with the Give A Duck Foundation, donating Chemo Ducks to Leeds and Sheffield Children’s Hospitals to support children undergoing cancer treatment.
