We have now outlined our strategy for tackling road transport’s impact on UK air quality in response to the Government’s recent UK Air Quality Plan.
We have been urging policymakers to move from consultation to action as soon as possible, calling for a carefully blended combination of incentives and restrictions that encourage people to move towards a greener driving solution without being punished for decisions made based on previous Government policy. Members can get an overview of the strategy as well as having access to two short films about ‘Tackling Emissions‘ and ‘Emissions Regulations‘. We have also produced an at-a-glance Fleet Air Quality Fact Sheet, which includes some guidance on current Clean Air Zone plans for the UK.
