Can I take my vehicle abroad?
When travelling abroad motorists in a UK registered vehicle must carry its registration document (V5). However, if your vehicle is leased from JCT600 VLS then we hold the V5, which means that you are legally required to carry a vehicle on hire certificate (VE103) which is the recognised alternative to the actual V5 document.
In order to obtain the VE103 document please click here. We aim to have your VE103 document to you within 5 days of your departure date. A fee of £15 + VAT per VE103 form will be levied.

Can I put my personalised registration number on the vehicle?
An individual driver can transfer a personalised registration number onto a JCT600 VLS vehicle providing they have approval from the Lessee. Please contact our Fleet Admin department on 0113 2500060 for more details
How do I book a daily rental vehicle?
Simply call our Daily Rental department on 0113 3911777 and they will make all the necessary arrangements.
Can I fit a Tow bar?
Yes but it will be at your expense and you must use use a JCT600 VLS approved supplier
How do I book my vehicle in for a service, repair or MOT?
To book your vehicles service please ring our Service Booking line Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30pm on 0844 879 3325 and our operators will make all the necessary arrangements for you including arranging collection and delivery. Alternatively click the button below to complete the form.

Can I buy my vehicle at the end of the contract?
The driver can purchase a business contract hire vehicle at the end of contract but lessee cannot.
