As this will be our last communication before the Christmas period, we thought it was important to confirm how it’s best to reach us, if you need to, over the festive period.
Our offices will be closed on the following dates:
- Monday December 25th 2023
- Tuesday December 26th 2023
- Monday January 1st 2024
Most of our maintenance network or suppliers including our tyre provider (Kwik Fit) will also close over these key dates with provisions available for urgent matters such as breakdowns or accident management.
For any urgent issues over this period, you can continue to use the 24/7 driver support line as usual. However, please ensure your drivers know to listen out for the options as they may revert to “out of hours” options which may be a little different to standard.
