Winners of the Fleet News Awards Leasing Company of the Year
We have always worked hard to deliver an award-winning service to our customers, but now it’s official! At the recent Fleet News Awards 2021, which recognises the best people, companies, and vehicles in the sector, we were delighted to be crowned the Leasing Company of the Year (up to 20,000 vehicles).
The awards acknowledge outstanding performance over the last 12 months. Our efforts to support our customers through the pandemic, ongoing investment in our people and our technology; including a £500k investment in our revolutionary new Origo system all helped to secure the win.
The judges commented that as a business we were “Very customer focused, with direct conversations and one-to-one relationships, JCT demonstrated its understanding of the marketplace today and the emerging trends, backed by lots of positive customer feedback. It clearly evidenced its outstanding support for fleets during Covid, including fiscal help.” You will be able to find out more about what the judges had to say about us in the next edition of Fleet News.
By building trusted and long-standing relationships with our customers, and always working in partnership to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their needs has resulted in extremely high levels of customer retention for the last two years. As part of the awards process, some customers were also contacted to reveal all about us. And we are pleased to say that as a result our customer-centric approach paid off!
Having listened to the industry, the market and customers, we embarked on the design and development of a single system that will lead the way by delivering multiple schemes or policies in one platform. Origo, carries out live, tailored, and personal, business, and individual whole life cost calculations enabling side-by-side vehicle and funding comparisons to assist with our commitment to delivering the lowest-cost, highest-value fleet solutions to our customers and their employees.
While the Fleet News Awards recognised our extensive efforts over the last 12 months to support customers through our products, services and technology investment, it’s definitely not time for us to sit back and relax! Over the next 12 months, we will continue to invest in our people, technology and products to continue delivering an award-winning service that helps our customers to succeed.
