In light of the announcement of a second national UK Lockdown, we would like to provide a quick interim statement to outline our current position.
Here at JCT600 VLS, we have a robust business continuity solution in place that ensures all of our team members are able to work from home, this plan is now in action. Our dedicated account managers will be contacting each of our customers with a more detailed update shortly.
For those customers who remain fully or close to fully operational, we will continue to provide our full suite of services as normal. This includes our dedicated driver line with 24/7 concierge service, our in-house daily rental service, maintenance and breakdown provisions through our industry leading partners, which all mean that we can be here to support you and your drivers.
As we receive further clarity and changes from Government guidance, we will continue to proactively respond and communicate any necessary changes.
At this moment in time, our key message is to rest assured that it is business as usual, with all our teams only an email or call away. The safety of our teams, our customers and their loved ones will continue be of the upmost importance and it is our mission to ensure that you continue to be at the heart of everything we do throughout this period.
