If you need, or are currently running, a Daily Hire vehicle you may find you encounter circumstances that you didn’t expect. Thanks to vehicle shortages over the last couple of years, rental fleets have found it extremely difficult to source either additional or replacement vehicles. Even as supply has started to pick up this year the Rental companies aren’t at the front of the queue as the manufacturers haven’t needed to discount and have been more than busy supplying ‘regular’ customers.
What does this mean to you? Potentially, the vehicle may need a service, tyres or even an MOT whilst in use by your drivers. This is nothing to be alarmed about and although it is your drivers responsibility to ensure the vehicle is taking care of, helping them do so is all part of the service provided here at JCT600 VLS.
No matter which of our Daily Rental partners have supplied the vehicle, within office hours, simply contact our Daily Rental team on 0113 3911777 and they will either; make the bookings on your drivers’ behalf or give them all the information they need to make the booking.
Please bear in mind that the partner providing the vehicle will not offer a replacement vehicle whilst the hired vehicle is having regular scheduled maintenance. This is in line with the vast majority of our leased vehicles.
If the vehicle is out of action for warranty work or because parts are unavailable then a replacement vehicle will be sought to fill in.
If any issues occur out of hours our partner will answer your dedicated 24/7 driver line – let them know it is a Daily Rental vehicle and they will access the correct services for you.
